By accessing or using the Himayu Care website (himayucare.com) or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Products & Medical Disclaimer

Himayu Care offers Ayurvedic and herbal wellness products. All products are manufactured under GMP-certified standards and comply with applicable Ayurvedic regulations in India.

Important: Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. The information provided on this website is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified Ayurvedic physician or healthcare professional before starting any new supplement or treatment.

3. Ordering & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
• An order is confirmed only after successful payment processing.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued.

4. Payment

We accept payment via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and other methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway partners. Himayu Care does not store any payment card details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship PAN India. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999. Shipping charges for other orders are calculated based on order weight.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. Re-delivery charges may apply for failed deliveries due to incorrect address.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered products.
• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence at himayucare@gmail.com.
• Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless found to be defective.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product names and branding — is the property of Himayu Care and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without prior written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.
• Resell our products for commercial purposes without prior written agreement.

Himayu Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
